It's a new and complementary service from Clavister, an addition to the existing support available as part of Clavister license support & maintenance. Our main objective is to provide our partners with improved access to Clavister professional services and quicker resolution of their logged tickets. Clavister SupportOps will empower our partners by reducing the complexity and working directly with Clavister's professional services team.
This webinar will give you an overview of Clavister Support and how SupportOps fits in perfectly as the new part. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions to our experts about how SupportOps works, and how it can benefit your business.
